"I met with Steph Sealy this week to review my various State Farm policies. This was a meeting that she initiated. Initially, I didn’t want to take the time to meet. But, it was an amazing meeting and I am so glad I took the time. Steph was knowledgeable and professional. She was thorough and patient in explaining my policies and addressing my questions. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and have alway been satisfied. But after the meeting this week, I have moved into the “very satisfied” category."

"Stephanie Sealy did a wonderful job renewing our policy. Definitely great follow through with customer service and being very articulate in asking and answering questions, which is becoming a lost art in our world. I’m not a big fan of posting reviews since everyone should know how they are doing. Especially when they are doing their best in their job. Her knowledge was spot on and if she didn’t have the information at the moment she got back to us quickly with answers. We appreciate feeling like a valued customer."

"This review is for the people in the background that don't get talked about. Morgann was a life saver to me in a time when everyone else was too busy to be bothered. She listened to my every need and reached out on behalf of myself and did exactly what it took to get the job done perfectly. She will be my go to for my needs from now on. Again this is not in away giving props to the owner , as he has been my agent for YEARS and has never reached out to me. "My first experience w this office was amazing!! I primarily dealt with Morgan, and she was unbelievably nice!!! She made it look so easy and she went above and beyond to help us out!!! She is definitely someone I felt very comfortable with and I will gladly tell others about her and the office she works at!! A 10 out of 10 experience and I am so glad we were sent her way!! "We were hit hard by hail and high winds in 2024. Our agent Derek Bird and his associates stuck by us the whole time, especially Morgan. Very greatful for Morgan going thru our policy, getting our deductibles straight and applying our discounts. They worked closely with our contractor and everything was completed beautifully and on time."

"I recently needed to work with my mom’s policy (she passed away). I had a few obstacles and Stephanie assisted me from start to finish. She was thorough and timely. Followed through on what was needed. Now I was in need of obtaining insurance for the car and continuing the renters insurance. Stephanie was really helpful in getting me a timely quote for both. With this recent great service. Appears I could be moving my other cars to State Farm. It’s amazing what kindness and’s great service can do… it wins my business"
