"I was broadsided on the way to work on December 18th. I talked to a State Farm representative the next day, and took my car to the body shop. We had an appraisal by that evening. Unfortunately my car was totaled. Talked with an adjuster on Dec 23rd, and received an email the same day with all of the settlement details. We had the money in our account by Dec. 26th. On our way to pick up our new car yesterday, I called State Farm and talked with Team Member, Jeni North. She answered all of my questions about coverage on the new vehicle, and removal of our old car from our policy. She took the time to actually have a conversation with me, and addressed all of my concerns. By the time we got home, I had an email from Ms North with our new insurance cards included. Very impressed with how quickly and efficiently State Farm handled our claim. I would recommend using them as your insurance agency!!"

Mistakes are okay but when you compare the extremely poor customer service we had to switch to a different state farm agent.
